The Burning Season site goes live

On Friday night, I had the great pleasure of seeing The Burning Season on the big screen in front of an audience for the first time, when a "sneak preview" was held of the film at the Activating Human Rights Film Festival in Byron Bay.

The screening also sort of doubled as the "soft launch" of the web site that accompanies the documentary,

I produced the site with the help of a fantastic team, including Yari McGauley who did the programming, Nathan Betts who did the design (based on the fantastic animation created by Hackett Films), Felicity Blake who wrote much of the content, Sandra Cook who edited most of the video content and director/producer Cathy Henkel and co-producer Jeff Canin from Hatchling Productions.

The Australian premiere of the documentary will be at the Brisbane International Film Festival early next month.
