The Australian Market & Social Research Society Limited (AMSRS) is a not-for-profit professional membership body of more thanÂ 2,000 market and social research professionals who are dedicated to increasing the standard and understanding of market and social research in Australia. The Society assists members to develop their careers by heightening professional standards and ethics in the fields of market and social and market research.
AMSRS contracted Write Across Media’s Kerry Sunderland, who previously edited its professional magazine for 12 years, to manage and moderate its official LinkedIn group in February 2014. After a break from July to September that year, Kerry returned to the role from October 2014 to June 2015.
The AMSRS LinkedIn group was created for both members and those who have an interest in the research industry/profession in Australia. The goal of the group, which now has more than 3,000 members, is to enable everyone who works in the industry or with market/social researchers to connect with each other, share knowledge and experience and provide mutual support.
