Write Across Media’s Kerry Sunderland starts by investing time getting to know everything about your business or organisation. Using her interview skills, honed over many years working as both a qualitative researcher and freelance journalist, Kerry reviews your current marketing and communications efforts (and other relevant background documentation), conducts in-depth conversations with all key staff and stakeholders (both in-house and external to the business) and facilitates workshops where all participants get an opportunity to collaborate and co-create.
Once she understands the business requirements really well, Kerry works closely with the client to prepare practical and succinct documents that serve as the “blueprints” for website and digital marketing projects. This might include functional specifications, user personas and user stories – in keeping with the SCRUM (Agile) project management methodology.
Kerry has recently provided business needs analysis services to:
- Nelson Marlborough Institute of Technology
- Nelson Tasman Tourism
- Grand Mercure Nelson Monaco.
